Peninsula, two bays
Hunts Point
A narrow peninsula of private shoreline between Fairweather Bay and Cozy Cove.

The place
Hunts Point is one of the smallest towns in the state and almost entirely residential: one road in, docks on both sides, and no commercial district. Most homes face either Fairweather Bay or Cozy Cove, so which water a house looks over changes the light, the wind and the boating.
For a seller here, discretion is the norm. We plan Hunts Point listings around private previews first and a public launch only if the seller wants one.
