Privacy and fair housing

This is a sample policy for a demonstration website. A live site publishes the team's own policy, reviewed by its brokerage.

What we collect

When you use the form or the chat, we receive what you choose to send: whether you are buying or selling, timing, a price band, neighbourhoods, your name, mobile number and, if you add it, email. We do not ask for financial account details, and we ask you not to send them.

How we use it

Only to contact you about the request you made. Your details go to the team and to the systems that deliver them (the form service and the text messaging service). We do not sell them or share them with other agents without your permission.

Text messages

If you tick the box, we text you to confirm a time. Reply STOP to any message to stop.

Analytics

This sample site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising pixels.
