Island, every exposure
Mercer Island
An island city in Lake Washington, with shoreline on every side and I-90 across the north end.

The place
Mercer Island has waterfront facing every direction, so two homes a mile apart can live very differently: morning sun and calm water on one side, sunsets and city views on the other. The island has its own school district and town centre, and I-90 connects it to Seattle and Bellevue.
Our Mercer Island plans start with which side of the island the house is on, because that decides the hour we shoot it and the buyer we write for.
