Buyers of waterfront, view and estate homes
Buying on the Eastside
Private showings, honest advice about the water, and access to homes before they are public.
We represent buyers as carefully as sellers. That means telling you what we would want to know about the shoreline, the dock and the permit history before you fall for a view.

Questions
Do I need to sign an agreement before a showing?
In Washington, buyer representation is agreed in writing. We walk you through it before the first private showing, in plain language.
Can you show me homes that are not listed?
Where a seller has agreed to a private sale and you are a fit, yes. Request private access.
Do you help with schools?
We link you to each district so you can review schools directly. We do not rank or recommend schools.
